Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any qualifying order minimum will be clearly stated during the promotion.

Delivery

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, 46 Moods is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, 46 Moods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
